Yes! We provide easy to follow instructions inside the impression kit. Any step that needs further clarification, can be explained via our whatsapp chat. Don't hesitate to get in touch!

Yes! They are wrapped in bubble wrap and sent back with your order
Once your order has been placed, we will email you a postage label that needs to be printed and attached to the outside of your package. Simply take this package to your nearest post office and request a receipt for the tracking information
Yes, we highly recommend sending us a few images of your moulds before posting them over to us. This is just so that we can assess for any breaks, or chips in the teeth, which will stop us from being able to use them in the manufacture process
Being the fastest retainer service in the UK, your order will be back with you in just 2-3 days
Unfortunately not, if your teeth have moved and are not in the same alignment as shown in the moulds, we recommend you speak to your dentist
Before placing your order, send our whatsapp team a message or an email with the scans so that our team can verify whether the file is in the correct format. If all is good to go, we will email you an order link
